We are looking for a Superhero! GadgetCash is looking for someone to be our “mascot” and who will help (lightly) manage our social media as well as make daily little fun posts on IG/Tiktok
Option 1:
More hours and engagement, $15-25/hour
Make short, funny, or cool content for IG/TikTok/YT Shorts/Linkedin (we can brainstorm ideas weekly)
Manage basic posting and replies on social accounts
Create & wear a GadgetCash superhero outfit, mostly for content, but also probably at a few conferences or events over the summer (you can design it and make it/get it made!)
Occasionally send friendly messages on LinkedIn (we’ll give you scripts)
Eventually help keep our new office tidy (decorating, watering plants, light organizing/dusting etc)
~5-10 hrs/week to start - some days we’ll meet at a coffee shop around Bala Cynwyd or Germantown for an hour or 2, and some days you can just work an hour or 2 from home.
Paid per session or hourly ($15–$25/hr depending on experience)
Bonuses possible if we go viral or you help land cool leads
Starts as part-time gig but could grow
Option 2:
12-15 hours for the first month, $40-50/hour
Here’s a rough breakdown:
• ~2 hours to meet, come up with some concepts and content rhythm ideas, and get you logged into the socials (we’ll be making a new Instagram and TikTok from scratch).
• Then we’ll send your measurements to the girl who’s making the costume/outfit — and if you have any ideas for the look, definitely share! Something with the right mix of tech-y and fun, with a standout or memorable element, would be awesome.
• Once it’s ready, we could do a 2–3 hour photo shoot at a few companies downtown — in front or in the lobby if they’re cool with it — hand out some swag, and grab fun content (photos + short videos).
From there, we could both make posts using the content — maybe I do mornings, you do evenings, or whatever works. That’d be about 15 mins a day, M–F — around 5 hours total across the month.
• For the remaining 3-ish hours, we could either go to a conference if one’s happening — or just have a formatting/brainstorm sesh to keep it flowing well.
If that rhythm clicks, we could keep it going at that light pace or increase it a bit the next month(s).
